- Build Your Network: ensure your profile is 100% complete to be included in search results, attract new contacts, and expand your network
- Join Groups & Search for former colleagues. Example health related NGOs may join the Global Health Council group or USAID recipients may join the Chief of Party Exchange
- Buy a basic inmail package in expand your options for reaching potential candidates
- Go to similar company sites and find candidates
- Have hiring manager share their profile with you and connect with their relevant connections
