    USDOS/A/OPE/AP/FA has amended Federal Assistance Management Advisory (FAMA) #2020-02, entitled "Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications Equipment and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment", which was issued on August 10, 2020 (effective August 13, 2020). The State Department has received a waiver from the Director of National Intelligence applicable to all Foreign Assistance and Public Diplomacy funded awards. This waiver is effective through September 30, 2022. The attached and linked herein amended FAMA reflects this waiver.
