    The revisions to Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations were published in today's Federal Register. USG agencies (including USAID, the State Department and the Centers for Disease Control) must fully implement the new policies by October 1 but have to submit an implementation plan for doing so to OMB by May 15. Until these agencies implement the new regulations, organizations won't feel any impact. However, Humentum will be updating our rules and regulations course and hosting a webinar with our industry partner Bob Lloyd in the interim. Stay tuned!
