    Today, USAID released its Policy for Localization of Humanitarian Assistance. Public comments will be accepted until Wednesday, November 9th at 5:00PM EDT. Humentum will submit comments on behalf of our members; please email me with any comments, questions, and recommendations by COB Wednesday, November 2nd. Thanks in advance!
