Hi there folks,
A couple of weeks ago we hosted the first webinar in our 2024 Locally-Led Development series, 'Flipping the Script on Leadership'.
We managed to bring some fantastic people together for our panel - Faye Ekong, Managing Director at RavelWorks Africa; Princess Bazley-Bethea, Board Member at CDA Collaborative Learning Projects; Amy Gaman, Managing Director at Nuru Nigeria, and Chris Proulx, Humentum's Chief Growth Officer, was our moderator.
Together, they discussed revisiting leadership from a global majority lens, leading and cultivating an equitable, resilient, and accountable organizations, and how leadership has to evolve to operationalize locally-led development.
You'll find the full recording below, so instead of bombarding you with an indecent amount of notes, check it out, and let us know what you think. Do you have something to add? What further thoughts, reflections, questions does this bring up for you? This community is full of the kind of expertise everyone wants to capture on topics like this, so don't hesitate to share your perspective.
Our next installment in the series is coming up in June, on the 27th, and you can register right now.
Thanks a lot and have a lovely end to the week!
Cheers,
Kristian
