    Dear Members: USAID Industry Liaison notified partners yesterday of its intention to hold a webinar on the July 22 Policy Framework. Registration information follows. Also, please note that the comment period for the Framework has been extended by two (2) days until August 3. Please remit any comments for Humentum's inclusion in our submission by COB Friday.     Dear International Development Community Partners,

    This email is to inform you that USAID's draft Policy Framework was released for public comment on July 22nd. In addition, we are planning an external Webinar to publicize the public comment period to take place on August 2nd.

    We have worked tirelessly to incorporate feedback from 250 USAID internal stakeholders through 19 consultations, relevant internal and external leadership stakeholder groups, and, of course, the Administrator's November 4th Georgetown Speech, May 26th speech on "Progress, Not Programs", and June 7th speech on "A Global Revolution of Dignity." 

    This draft reflects the core priorities of this Administration and the Agency: extending the reach of human dignity by confronting the greatest challenges of our time (compounding humanitarian crises, corruption and authoritarianism, the climate crisis, COVID-19 and decline in global life expectancy, and conflict, inequality, and other barriers to progress), exercising bold leadership and embracing inclusive partnerships to seek progress beyond programs, and ensuring USAID's enduring effectiveness by investing in our organization.
