    Humentum has heard from several member organizations that they have received a notification from USAID regarding the Agency's intent to comply with a formal congressional inquiry into NICRA: McCaul, Ernst Fight for Accountability in Foreign Aid at USAID - Committee on Foreign Affairs (house.gov). We are following this closely and coordinating a response with other advocates. If you would like to discuss further, please email us at:

    "I am writing to inform you of USAID's intent to comply with a congressional oversight request related to NICRAs. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that communications have been sent to organizations where USAID is the cognizant NICRA agency. The attached letter from Mark provides more detailed information about the oversight request and the specific information that we will be providing. (Please note that the links in the signed PDF do not work, so I've copied the links below). We are committed to ensuring transparency and accountability in all of our partnerships and programs, and we take congressional oversight very seriously."
