Overview
Many technically skilled employees are placed in the role of manager without appropriate preparation in the skills and mindset required to be a successful manager. Achieving organizational results, responding to the challenges of developing employee talent, and creating an environment of employee satisfaction requires building new competencies. New managers and those that wish to enhance their managerial skills will benefit from this two-day workshop which has been designed by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) for their own staff and modified for the benefit of the NGO community.
